Finance

The Finance Team takes care of a wide range of financial processes and functions within our organization, including Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Treasury, Risk Management, Audit, Tax Compliance, Controllership, Statutory Reporting and Financial Planning and Analysis. Our main job is to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and to oversee their compliance with financial, legal and tax requirements. We are also continuously working on process improvement, standardization and automatization, to meet the ever-changing technological trends and market conditions.

As a member of our team you will not only get hands-on finance experience, increase your accounting knowledge or develop your analytical abilities, but also have an opportunity to build valuable project management skills, which can be applied in various business contexts.

Customer Service

The Customer Service Team at Amway GBS is made up of multilingual professionals, who provide services to 28 countries in 26 languages across three time zones. We work in close collaboration with Affiliate teams and European departments to deliver comprehensive support via phone and email through our Contact Center and to process documents and data change requests through our Data & Order Entry department. With every interaction we demonstrate quality, effectiveness and efficiency in caring for Amway Business Owners and customers.

Marketing & Digital

Digital and marketing teams focus on developing fundamental digital tools and communication assets, maintaining Amway's key online channels and leading content implementation in 29 countries.

With Agile and digital marketing roles being in high demand, our teams provide a grand opportunity to gain hands-on experience with meaningful, strategic projects that funnel almost all of Amway's sales volume.

We're a group of digital-savvy people and marketing enthusiasts who plunge into working on every stage of the iterative development. Those of us who are content-focused coordinate the asset production (incl. packaging and publications), delivering outstanding content which is then implemented across markets by the Communication Coordinators Team. In the end, we all join forces to verify our solutions and gather essential feedback during testing sessions and user panels.

IT

Amways’ IT Organization is divided into three main areas:

  • ABO & Customer Facing Solutions
  • Focusing on the delivery of a modern B2B2C omnichannel e-commerce system that supports our Amway Business Owners and Amway Customers' daily activities.

  • Enterprise Facing Solutions
  • Responsible for global IT platforms that support Amway’s internal processes in areas like Finance & Treasury, HR, and similar.

  • Infrastructure and Operations
  • Supporting Amway employees with customer devices (laptops, desktop PCs, phones), servers and data-networking infrastructure (including cloud technologies), and providing internal customer support (24/7 Service Desk).

    We're offering a variety of IT positions in multiple areas. Currently, Amway is progressing with digital transformation to implement modern technologies, providing our employees with great opportunities to develop themselves and stay on top of IT trends.

HR

Our role as HR is to support Amway’s employees and leaders across Europe and Americas. We are divided into smaller teams that together take care of end-to-end HR processes such as: Recruitment, HR Administration, Payroll & Payments, Total Rewards, HR Reporting & Systems. Locally, we are responsible for the entire Employee Journey at Amway GBS in Kraków: the onboarding process, employee engagement, development and performance as well as internal communication with employees.

Since all our teams work together closely on a daily basis to carry out different HR projects, here you are given a chance to not only become an expert in a selected HR field, but also to gain experience in a variety of HR areas.

We are always on the lookout for open-minded and proactive people, who are customer-oriented and not afraid to take ownership of assigned tasks. Flexibility is valued highly in our fast-paced working environment, as you need to quickly adapt to changing business needs. Depending on the team, we may also be looking for detail-oriented and analytical minds or quick problem solvers with strong interpersonal skills to help us achieve goals by driving positive interactions with our partners and clients.

How we work during COVID-19

Keeping all our employees' safety and well-being as our top priority, the majority of us are currently working from home.

If, however, due to your individual situation (i.e. technical requirements, personal circumstances) working from home is difficult, our office in High5ive remains available to you. It is a safe environment, disinfected on a regular basis and well supplied with personal protective equipment (hand sanitizers, face masks, disinfectant sprays, thermometers).

At Amway GBS we always do our best to promote healthy working habits and maintain work-life balance.

That is why we have implemented several practices to make our work from home easier:

Avoid back-to-back meetings, schedule meetings for 20 and 45-50 minutes

Book time for lunch & time to focus

Try to plan single days off during the month in order to rest

Avoid planning meetings on Fridays after 1 p.m.
