Purpose of the role:

To continue the course of sucess, we are looking for a highly motivated Strategy Specialist who will work in close coordination with our management. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our productivity from day one: driving strategic initiatives, leading program management and communicating business objectives across departments. Ideally, you will have proven experience in a project management role where you have taken on cross-departmental coordination tasks.

Responsibilities:

 

• Close collaboration with the directors of relevant business units
• Coordinate and track the execution of ESAN strategic initiatives across functions
• Providing critical input for long-term planning and decision-making
• Identification of relevant business topics incl. prioritization and suggestions
• Coordination of organizational processes and procedures with the aim to increase efficiency and productivity
• Support the planning and execution of various operational and strategic matters and meetings
• Prepare content for presentations for board, partner, and staff meetings, attend them, and partly lead them
• Facilitate management decisions by providing reports and analysis

Requirements:

• A very good university degree (Master's or equivalent) in management, economics or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects
• Experience of working in a cross-cultural, global environment
• Reliable, accurate and independent working style
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German
• A collaborative, empathetic and proactive team player, able to deliver excellent results even under time pressure
