Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional campaigns and managing our loyalty programs. Your objective will be to drive buyers’ engagement, increase sales, and foster long-term ABI/customer loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize promotional activities and enhance the effectiveness of our loyalty program.

What you'll do: 

Promotional Campaign Development:

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive productivity, retention, and top line sales growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to align promotional activities with business objectives
  • Identify target audience segments and develop tailored promotions to maximize ABO/customer engagement

Loyalty Program Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our loyalty programs & initiatives, including enrollment, communications, and rewards fulfillment
  • Develop strategies to increase loyalty programs membership and drive active participation
  • Analyze program performance and ABO/customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the program's effectiveness

Promotion Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive promotion plans, including promotional calendar, offers, and messaging
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute promotional activities across various channels, such as email marketing, social media, website, and retail stores
  • Monitor and analyze promotional campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns

Collaborations and Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance our promotional efforts and loyalty programs
  • Negotiate collaboration agreements and manage relationships with partners to maximize mutual benefits
  • Partner with Sales teams to design successful LC Events promotions
  • Partner with Brand marketing to rollout successful solutions, programs and growth bets

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize Buyers data, loyalty program metrics, and campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Conduct segmentation analysis to identify target audience groups and develop personalized promotions
  • Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of promotions and loyalty initiatives

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate promotional plans, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management
  • Prepare regular reports on promotion performance, loyalty program metrics, and customer engagement

Compliance and Budget Management:

  • Ensure promotional activities and loyalty program comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage and track budgets for promotions and loyalty initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in promotions management, loyalty program management, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of promotional strategies, loyalty program design, and customer engagement techniques
  • Acumen on financial and knowledge on Amway business
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative promotions and loyalty program enhancements
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices related to promotional activities and loyalty programs
