Job Purpose: 

Develop Learning Solutions Strategy and lead executional planning and implementation of all programs on ABO journey. The role of Learning and Education Solutions Manger reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for partnership with various stakeholders to build a variety of solutions for effective ABO learning tools and ensuring effective education, develop technical online solutions that capture the variety of business content, who to deliver and how to provide in solutions that resonate with all generations through social sharing platforms. Cross-functional relationships are critical to success as the position gathers content, expertise, inspiration and technical messages to provide L&E solutions for ABO success in the marketplace. Maintain an effective relationship with Sales Managers to drive the adoption and benefit of L&E solutions into ABO organizations. There will be significant presentations to ELT and Senior Management to gain support and an understanding of Learning and Education initiatives. Interactions with ABO Leadership on a variety of items within the role to ensure all insights are known and part of the process to gain alignment. The critical partners will be Special Events, Marketing and Senior Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds Learning Solutions Strategy to support ESAN strategy and H&W transformation
  • Provides direction and oversight for the implementation and execution of the Learning Solutions strategy
  • Leads, manages and motivates the Learning Solutions team to be able to work within budgets and deliver an ROI mentality through relevant measurement
  • Increases ABO H&W Expertise - leverages on science, expert speakers and professional trainers to elevate ABOs knowledge and confidence to recommend H&W solutions, as well as elevate ABO credibility to customers and prospects with internal and 3rd-party certifications
  • Empowers community building - Works with leaders to develop skills and strategies to build, engage and grow their communities.
  • Analyzes ABO training needs and develops programs to address them;
  • Evaluates third-party training providers; develop training materials; and manage the delivery of internal and externally provided training.
  • Organizes training activities and monitors the quality of training solutions to ensure that education needs are met and enhanced.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of Amway company-sponsored ABO Meetings or functions.
  • Ensure consistency of program execution and treatment for the different levels of recognition meetings.
  • Identify technology solutions to deliver education in a meaningful impactful manner that is versatile and develops ABO learning
  • Design engaging content that grabs the ABO attention in their best environment to drive retention and application
  • Develop the Amway Academy platform to a valuable asset that is leveraged by all ABOs in different ways for different purposes
  • Ensures the effectiveness and success measure of the training program to meet KPIs.
  • Ensures training contents and delivery methods are effective and suitable for the targeted audience.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree: Sales, Marketing, Communications, PR or related
  • Years of experience: 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Language: fluent English,
  • Strategic Planning: Proficient in framework development and long-term critical thinking. Competent in communicating strategies and priorities to a wide range of audiences with clarity and passion. Solid planning and implementation skills.
  • Priority and Resource Management: Demonstrated competency in establishing priorities, setting objectives and distributing resources to accomplish goals
  • Project management experience working with high-profile executives.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated, effective, executive-level communication skills to influence all levels, in small and large groups; both oral and written
  • Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including the ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively and constructively with peers, ABO leaders and vendors
  • Experience in the Direct Selling industry is an asset
  • Provide strategic recommendations to Senior Management for decision-making and build cross-functional relationships to deliver in holistic teams
  • Familiarity with web-based training design and delivery principles
  • Expert facilitation skills / Direct People Management
