Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end creative process from project assignment to video/graphic production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop successful brand identities and meet technical, budget, and production schedule goals.
  • Develop creative video concepts and storyboards.
  • Create video content for major product promotions and business communications, including digital media such as social media, email campaigns, and corporate videos.
  • Produce engaging and effective video materials in support of corporate strategies and brand identity, such as promotional videos, event highlights, and instructional content.
  • As a Junior Video Designer, work across various formats including live-action, animation, and motion graphics, helping to bring Amway’s brands to life with dynamic visual storytelling.
  • Be part of the creative studio team that designs, creates, and executes various video projects and initiatives.
  • Establish and implement video production standards and processes to ensure consistent and high-quality results from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure Amway's brand identity is aligned and cohesive across all touchpoints, and is in alignment with overall brand standards. Leverage global assets and localize where possible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams, including creative directors, copywriters, communications project leaders, and content planners.
  • Ensure plans are executed on brief, on time, on budget, and deliver to brand and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite software (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles to effectively create video thumbnails and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in English at the level necessary for working in an international environment (at least B2/C1).
  • 2+ years of experience in video production and editing (proven by an excellent portfolio).
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and upgrade skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of video production fundamentals, best practices, and rules in storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual composition.
