Responsibilities:

•  Perform daily operational activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner, based on assignment by Team Leader.
• Perform MEC and YEC activities (LAS, US, or Europe)
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, including follow up to correct open balances (LAS, US, or Europe) •    Quarterly balances review (preparing data for LAS, US, or Europe)
• Support External and Internal Audit processes.
• Identifying and reporting potential process improvements (Innovation Funnel)
• Supporting process improvement implementations (Ideas / RoadMap / Local projects)
• Near incident initiative to create items you detect during your daily job
• Process and DTP standardization.
• Responding to queries from different Stakeholders and developing strong relationships with them (LAS, US, or Europe)
• Perform Leases Reconciliations Process and proper follow up for missing documentation.
• Researching and resolving Fixed Assets issues (JDE and EBS)
• GL related transactions in Oracle system (JDE and EBS), making necessary postings.

Requirements:

• Good language skills in English, knowledge of Ukrainian language would be a plus
• Experience with Oracle accounting system.
• Understanding of accounting principles
