Job purpose:

The role will assist and contribute to the Talent Acquisition team and provide a meaningful outcome to the business.

What you'll do: 

• Gain knowledge and learn about our organization, culture, and develop business acumen.
• Support the team in assigned Recruitment tasks and Employer Branding projects.
• Conduct research on current trends in graphic design for recruitment purposes.
• Analyze the effectiveness of different graphics in attracting and engaging potential candidates.
• Act with stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform clerical and administrative duties
• Develop solutions

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Enthusiasm and willingness to constantly grow
• High ownership of the tasks you are given
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Experience in graphic design software such as Canva/Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
