Responsibilities:

Purpose of the role:

The role will assist and contribute to the Marketing Operations team providing support to the Amway e-News, the monthly newsletter addressed to our Amway Business Owners.

What you'll do:

• Support the Communication Content Planner in the Call for Content addressed to all the relevant internal stakeholders (other functions).
• Support the e-News assigned Creative Project Lead in all the phases of the related Operating Schedule, from content gathering to copy and graphic development.
• Ensure that all market specifics (images and wording) are reflected in the English Master Market versions.
• Participate in and contribute to e-news operational team meetings with other functions, when needed.
• Support the Creative Project Leader in collating and communicating last minute changes during the e-news translation and localisation process.
• Support the Creative Project Lead and Communications Content Planner in keeping the Operating Schedule on track, mapping, planning and reviewing assigned tasks and projects in Adobe Workfront.
• Support the Creative Project Lead and Communications Content Planner in preparing dedicated reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Cimmunications, Project Management.
• Fluency in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
• Figma knowledge as advantage. 
• Enthusiasm and willingness to constantly grow. 
• High ownership of the tasks you are given.
