Responsibilities:

Purpose of the role:

The role will assist and contribute to the Marketing Operations team and provide support for creative process development and adoption.
 

What you'll do:

• Support the Creative Process Lead in making sure all the projects are mapped and properly entered in our dedicated platform (Workfront)
• Support the Creative Process Lead in onboarding all the internal stakeholders and functions about the End to End creative process.
• Support the Creative Process Lead in making sure the process is fully adopted.
• Conduct research and draft reporting about the creative process adoption status for upper management.
• Participate in and contribute to creative process team meetings.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to constantly grow. 
• High ownership of the tasks you are given.
• Attention to details.
