Purpose of the role:
Responsible for the overall Health and Wellbeing Experience concept development and implementation, from concept to content architecture, and from scheduling to management of execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define the relevant experience to convey our health and well-being message.
• Build a messaging architecture to ensure consistency and longevity in the experience and creation of content to support the health and well-being message.
• Own the calendarisaton of the LC events activation partnering with AMs, the Sales Operations team and Learning Solutions to ensure a consistent activation.
• Own the overall experience, coordinating the creation and maintenance of a coherent LCE content package including images, videos, speakers deck, etc.
• Define support criteria, partnering with all the relevant Internal Stakeholders.
• Coordinate the creation of an asset menu to equip the AMs.
• KPIs setup in coordination with all the relevant Internal Stakeholders and related measurements.
• LCE activations reporting to ELTs.
• Ensure needed support to Platinum calls, both in terms of content and speakers.
• Design and implement Brand Experience for NCAs.
• Guarantee Experience Innovation in LCEs & NCAs.
• Guarantee LCEs and NCAs activation through Socials.
• Develop and execute a merchandising strategy to best serve LCE and NCA activation.
• Work with Sales to develop LC event activations.
• Work with the marketing team to develop relevant promotions for the LCE.
• Work with Strategic Alliance and Professional Expert partnership Manager to select the best professional expert panelists on stage and at stands during events.
• Develop and execute LC Online events.
• Own the LC Activation budget.

Leadership responsibilities:

• Part of the Marketing Operations leadership team with core responsibilities in supporting the CMO in successfully deploying content and experience to support our health and well-being direction.
• Deal with Amway Management and Key Amway Leaders to effectively activate LCs.
• Lead the team with passion and through examples.
• Support the CMO in infusing the right culture across the organization.

Requirements:

• Academic degree: Marketing, Communications; Events, Sales etc.
• Years of experience: 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strategic thinking and priority setting with a strong communication voice.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skill.
• Requires strong partnering and teaming skills with cross-functional departments.
• Excellent Project Management and Pritorisations Skills.
• Excellent Communication, moderation and presentation skills.
• Excellent Public Speaking.
• Ability to present at Exec Level.
• Fluent English.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Events.
• Can understand complexity, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ideally, deep know-how of Amway and all intricacies of communication and content production in multi-language markets.
• Willingness to travel across the region
