Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and manage ABO incentive trips and corporate meetings from 10 - 5000 participants and assure an optimal guest experience during the event
  • Create new and innovative events and experiences for different target groups
  • Set event strategy, schedule & project plan, budget and risk mitigation strategy
  • Manage negotiation, cooperation and alignment with different venues and suppliers
  • Budget management for events, accountability, and reconciliation in collaboration with events lead
  • Adherence to Events guidelines, practices & polices relating to event qualification, execution, and risk management
  • Manage negotiation, cooperation and alignment with venue and supplier
  • Support ABO communications for international and local events
  • Communicate and manage flow of information with ABOs, internal leadership, corporate staff and vendors
  • Serve as internal stakeholder for go to market and pre-event communication
  • On-site managing all situations that develop, working with ABOs, internal departments and third-party vendors as directed Functional reporting on events to event lead

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in the meetings & incentives industry
  • Experience in the Direct Selling Industry is an advantage
  • Written & spoken English, any additional European language is a plus (Italian, Spanish and/or Polish)
  • Demonstrable hands-on capability, solution oriented and true implementer
  • Vendor contracting or negotiation experience would be beneficial
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis & work outside of office hours
  • Multi-tasker – flexible approach to workload and deadline oriented
  • Ability to work in a global and regional environment (matrix work, several stakeholders)
