Responsibilities:

Geographical scope: Global in a given area of responsibility

  • Responsible for end-to-end HR process and system administration according to agreed roles & responsibilities; including collaboration with outside stakeholders: IT, Finance, HRBP, Center of Excellences (CoEs), as well as internal Hire-to-Retire (HtR) GBS teams
  • Workload management within area of responsibility
  • Collaborate with the Digital Employee Experience Team to implement and support a consistent employee experience across geographies and practices through usage of HR Tools.
  • Collaborate with Human Capital Insights Team to implement and support People Analytics experience for dedicated stakeholders across geographies and practices through the usage of HR Analytics
  • Execute the solutions for global systems audits for data accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain and interprets data maintained in HR systems to ensure accurate and consistent employee information
  • Master data maintenance, error monitoring and handling,
  • Create and manage moderately complex reports on an ad-hoc and regular basis
  • Handling customer queries related to area of responsibility
  • Handle escalations for moderately complex employee queries
  • Provide solutions to a wide range of technical issues within HR systems and independently develops approaches to solutions
  • Partner with HR Consultants and HR Leaders to ensure correct data and process flows in HR systems
  • Demonstrate independent technical proficiency and working knowledge of standard practices, procedures and systems
  • Proactively analyze HR systems and their operating processes and procedures, to identify inefficiencies and assess opportunities for improvement
  • Perform testing, training, documentation and ongoing support to users, particularly during system changes and upgrades
  • Update operating documentation and Knowledge Management articles for HR systems support
  • Play a focal point role for specific HR systems sub-process
  • Independently resolve moderately complex problems
  • Lead projects under supervision

Developing:

  • Require basic working knowledge of principles and practices of area of specialty
  • Develop proficiency in area of specialty through practical experience
  • Develop solutions to a variety of routine technical problems of limited scope using the application of basic technical principles, theories and concepts
  • Work mostly focused on tasks, with a supporting role on technical projects and programs
  • Work direction given in tasks, following detailed instructions with review of work by peers or upline and reliance on upline for problem resolution

 

Requirements:

 

  • Working knowledge and working experience in HRIS tools and People Analytics is required
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HR, ServiceNow, Visier, Tableau and application support delivery from SSC is additional benefit
  • Experience with Digital Employee Experience, SaaS products and services is additional benefit
  • Experience with Data Mining, Predictive Analytics, Digital Employee Experience, SaaS products and services is additional benefit
  • Overall knowledge of Cloud technologies
  • Have strong customer focus
