Principal Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in the process of content publishing, ensuring timely and accurate publication across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams and concerned stakeholders to verify received content for publishing.
• Use content management systems (CMS) or other publishing tools to upload, format, and schedule content for publication.
• Conduct audits and reports and execute clear-up tasks of existing content.
• Execute tasks to maintain a consistent system for categorizing content to enhance searchability and discoverability.
• Optimize content metadata, including titles, descriptions, and keywords, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• To follow publishing workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery of content.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, to align content publishing requirements and timelines.
• To make corrections and adjustments in response to requests and complaints about inaccurate content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website functionality and performance.
• To report the need of bug fixes and new features related to content publishing.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of web technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Provide support and guidance to content creators regarding content formatting, image optimization, and other publishing-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to content tagging and metadata optimization.

Career Level:

• Working knowledge of digital content principles and practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with multiple content sources.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues related to content publishing and website functionality.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, digital media, e-commerce, SEO
• Proven experience in web content management, content publishing, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web publishing best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and content optimization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of using design tools, i.e., photoshop, illustrator
