Responsibilities:
Purpose of the role:
Support planning and measuring the delivery of Contact Centre training in Cracow hub and associated spokes.
What you'll do:
- Support planning and delivering exceptional training and service to meet the expectations of ABOs as they interact with the contact center
- Working together with both internal and external partners to ensure the seamless integration and successful implementation of training programs
- Supporting the trainer program including quality assurance and success metrics
- Make sure that trainees deliver excellent service to achieve the highest satisfaction for ABOs
- Help trainees meet their personal learning objectives while upholding standards of quality and compliance
- Guarantee a uniform and superior learning experience for all newly recruited contact center employees by collaborating closely with our learning teams and contact center supervisors
- Gathering continuous feedback on Supervisor training performance and implementation from survey feedback
- Keep track of market trends in employee training and internal initiatives such as product launches, marketing campaigns, technology and process changes
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive administration, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Mastery with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Email
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ABO organizations
- Knowledge of training and education methods and solutions
- Fluent in English and ideally other European languages
- Team player: Maintains positive relations and appropriately involves others in decisions and plans
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities while making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Based in Krakow
