Responsibilities:

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for the in-house creative team based in Europe, overseeing a team of designers and copywriters to produce their best creative work! Closely work with the Executive Creative Agency Manager. the 'Content Planner' and 'Communication Project Managers' to ensure that all communication campaigns, content and assets are delivered internally, as well as with support of external partners, if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a phenomenal creative in-house team
  • Leverages and liaises with Global Team for global content & assets
  • Provide creative strategy, concept, art & copy direction to in-house creative team and external partenrs
  • Ensure Amway's  brand identity is aligned and cohesive across all ABO, customer and employee touchpoints and is in alignment to the overall content strategy and target audiences
  • Development of multi-channel Amway overaching, sales, strategic  and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and conceptualise all creative content and assets across all media platforms (print, web, mobile, social) and content formats
  • Assure materials are developed in adherence to budget and operating schedules
  • Acts as a liaison with internal and external creative resources
  • Experience in pitching ideas, managing internal stakeholders and presenting campaign strategies and creativity to upper management
  • Leads creative direction to any art directors, copywriters, photographers, illustrators and videographers
  • Creative direction of photo and video productions
  • ​​​​Previous experience in advertising a strong plus
  • Experience in event branding and production a plus

  • Team empowerment and development
  • Develop new standards of creative excellence

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Supervising all creative work
  • Manage team’s capacity in partnership with Traffic manager
  • Advise on skill training for team members
  • Studio’s work showcasing
  • Onboarding new team members

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading a creative team
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications or a related discipline
  • Strong background in advertising, creative design, visual communication, with an eye for excellence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative Talent, ability to  “think outside the box”, offering fresh ideas
  • English at minimum C1 level, know-how for other languages a plus
  • Experienced in leading internal and external teams accross borders and solid undertanding of creating content and communcation in a multi-language/multi-county market
  • On top of marketing and advertising trends, and eye for branding, and customer-centric thinking
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, Project Management Tools;  Agile Methodologies, DAM, Content Marketing, Calendaring and Workflow tools
