Responsibilities:

What will you do: 

• Coordination of processing customer orders (pick, pack and ship) to customers expectation.
• Address contact-center tickets for 12 WE countries (utilization of Zendesk-system)
• Receiving and process requests for sample products. To be picked, packed and shipped throughout the region
• Pro-active signaling issues impacting the operation and customer experience and report to specialist;
• Timely and correct handling/processing of return goods/parcels and to be investigated/repaired utility products.

Additional activities:

• Prepare Final mile Reporting (ie OSDM, pickline statistics, returns, MTO’s, etc);
• Backfill within the department.
