Responsibilities:

• Support in creation of automated design tools (based on Excel and Word) needed for development of European Price List
• Maintenance and development of Excel and Word macro code allowing to create price lists from unformatted export tables into print-ready layout pages
• Maintaining the pricing base and modifying it as the product portfolio changes
• Collaborate with other departments to load new product prices into the Pricing Application and deliver prices to other IT systems
• Checking the correctness of price calculations in the price database and verifying the completeness and correctness of their uploads to the Hybris system
• Creating reports and conducting analyses for the Pricing Team and supporting other departments
• Support in preparing price revisions and their implementation
• Collaboration in creating new price releases and preparing new price lists in cooperation with other departments
• Cooperation with Pricing Application developer
• May propose new solutions and improving the functionality of existing tools supporting the maintenance of the pricing database

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in related field
• Degree in economics, marketing or a related field
• Database Applications Know-How (e.g., Access, SQL, Oracle)
• Elementary skills in VBA macro coding for Excel and Word
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Outstanding analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
• Ability to work with people from different countries, cultures, and departments
• Excellent written and spoken English to proficiency level, any other language skilled beneficial
