Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieving Sales & alignment goals in assigned accounts
  • Handling medium to major value ABO accounts to maximize their sales volume
  • Being responsible for F-Platinum and Emerald Leaders; reports progresses and results
  • Providing data-driven consultative support and service to medium value ABO accounts in order to achieve business objectives
  • Managing all stages of the Account Management process with analytical support of Sales Performance Management
  • Conducting ABO account development activities including regular relationship building at Amway and ABO sponsored events and various proactive and responsive contacts necessary to execute against business objectives
  • Prepares data analysis and provides insights in business to upline Sales Manager
  • Cooperates with Trade Marketing department to achieve business goals
  • Tailors consultative support and service to Growth Leaders and Leader Communities
  • Provides support for Growth Leaders and Leader Community by supporting the implementation of broad business strategies providing information for strategic reviews, etc
  • Monitoring KPIs and Insights
  • Open for business travels and participation on events (incl. weekends)
  • Speaker and presenter on stage at events
  • Coach/speaker/presenter in Online Meetings and local Leader calls
  • Strategic work and process with Account Plans

Requirements:

 

  • Language skill: English + German
  • Knowledge of an additional European language would be a plus
  • Planning & coordination skills
  • Good navigation with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Sales or Account Management area
  • Time management skills
  • Consulting skills & knowledge to enable Account business growth
  • In-depth Sales & Marketing Plan expertise
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills, to be able to influence their assigned Leaders
