What you’ll do:

• Perform daily operational activities, based on assignment by Team Leader and/or Process Manager 
• Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform MEC and YEC activities 
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, including follow up to correct balances
• Quarterly balances review
• Support External Audit process
• Supporting process improvement implementations (Ideas / RoadMap / Local projects)
• Supporting other team members in day-to-day processes
• Responding to queries from different Stakeholders
• Running bonus month-end reports, closing bonus, performing period-end reconciliations, preparing journal entries – bonus related)
• Monitoring the ABO bonus calculation process in RMS system and payments done in the banking system
• Bonus related transactions in Oracle system, making necessary postings
• Monitoring bonus-related transactions in the Oracle system
• Performing ORACLE system operations
• Responding to queries from Contact Center - finance and bonus related
• Retaining records (i.e. manual bonus corrections, archiving journals)
