What you’ll do:

• Monitoring the progress of standard operational processes 
• Investigating / analysing today’s packaging methods and materials
• Making proposals with regard to cheaper / more efficient ways of packaging
• Point of contact for the internal organisation for all packaging materials needed for the operation 
• Processing customer orders
• Picking, packing and shipping customer orders
• Advising on and supervising the proper processing of the waste flows. Having contacts with the waste processors 
• Ensuring and facilitating timely inventory counts 
• Performing source analyses in the event of error messages relating to the inventory 
• Proposing improvements with regard to inventory management 
• Generating quality reports on  shipments 
• Generating reports with regard to the everyday operational processes
• Analysing the differences in inventory at operational level
• Signalling frequent differences in the inventory and escalating them to Engineer level
• Answering questions and problems within the inbound process
• Answering questions about inventory registration, searching for missing products and finds 
• Handling inventory complaints
• Escalating more complex questions / problems to logistics engineer or supervisor
• Giving support in the operational areas, clearing up, preparing for shipment of non-customer-order or related shipments, preparing space for major arrivals and, on request, supporting in other logistics activities as they arise

What you’ll need:

• High school degree with  min 3 years  experience in  similare  position 
• Strong computer skills.  
• Strong knowledge  of MS excel required 
• Communication skills
• English language at C1 level is a must
• Ability to work independently  and in team environment 
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operation 
• Strong analytical and follow up skills
