Purpose of the role:
Amway’s training department consists of an international trainer pool and experts who support our Business Partners with the product, business, and sales training throughout Europe. In addition to regular classroom sessions, we use modern technologies such as webinars and live streams to deliver training virtually. For our UK market, we are looking for a freelance trainer with a passion for a healthy lifestyle with expertise in nutrition and at the same time confidence with digital technologies.
What you’ll do:
Deliver predominantly web-based, face-to-face (in the future) and live stream trainings according to Amway Academy strategy to Amway Business Owners and Amway Staff (varying sizes, skills, and experience, following “best practice”, using different techniques & methods)
Demonstrate the use of reflective listening and feedback, manage unforeseen situations, keep training focused and on schedule
Prepare the training sessions with all the required materials/products/handouts
Evaluate the training sessions delivered aiming for continuous improvement
Report delivered training with evaluation and collected feedback monthly (within the requested deadline)
Participate/Contribute to the company’s events as expert in the area of nutrition
Act as Amway/Nutrilite brand ambassador and Role model
Travel frequently (also weekends and late evenings if required)
What you’ll need:
Higher education in the field of Nutrition (or relevant)l with at least 2 years of expertise in training and/or education.
A minimum of two years experience in an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) product/retail/sales-based training role together with customer-facing experience is desirable.
Professional knowledge of products within a specialist area of general nutrition/weight management and supplementation
Trend scout: aware and curious about new trends in the field of nutrition
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills (also in front of large audiences) with the ability to engage and retain attention is desirable
Virtual presentation skills (engage with the audience and present virtually)
Passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle in terms of nutrition.
Open-minded and flexible approach, willingness to take the initiative
Positive attitude and ability to inspire the audience
Passionate about educating, encouraging, promoting, and motivating an audience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and consistently meet deadlines.
Consistently demonstrated high customer service ethic
Appreciation of entrepreneurs, their expectations, and ability to relate to them
Conscientiously able to self-manage and motivate
Excellent problem analysis skills, able to identify and deliver practical and workable solutions
Excellent command of the English language.
Proficiency in other European languages is also desirable.
proficiency in the usage of MS Office (mainly PowerPoint), virtual communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and in social networks and modern communication technologies (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Tik Tok etc.)
