MyWay is an employee-driven volunteer program, created and coordinated at Amway GBS Kraków, which gives employees a chance to take initiative by supporting their wellbeing, business knowledge exchange, team-building or charity projects.

What do MyWay Ambassadors do?

Make constant efforts to develop the MyWay program by overseeing and supporting the organization of company events, employee clubs, contests etc.

Organize Cheers & Chats – online outside-of-work meetings for employees who want to spend some time together in a laid-back atmosphere. Types of activities: board games, pub quizzes, Oscars afterparty, storytelling

Keep the team updated on all seasonal events and activities (Amway Oscars, Charity Days, Healthy Days, Animal Days etc.)

Collect information (such as schedules, updates or photos) from project leaders and provide them with help
